David has been General Manager of Runners Need since 2003 and has been running for 25 years. He competes for his club, London Heathside, from 800m on the track to cross-country and marathons.
Jono Rumbelow, winner of the 2003 London Triathlon (sprint distance) Jono has been involved in sport for over 20 years competing both on the track and in triathlon & duathlon competitions. He has represented South Africa both as athlete and Manager of the National Team. Since 2004 he has moved onto the Ironman Triathlon Events with 5 finishes to his name. He is the owner/ manager of Up & Running in Dulwich, South London.
